Maddy
Treatment Coordinator
Madison is a Colorado native and a die-hard Denver Broncos fan. She was born and raised in Arvada, CO. She loves to ski, listen to country music, and travel. She has been to 20 countries and over 25 states. Her favorite place she has visited so far is Iceland. More than anything she loves her two chihuahuas, Spottie and King. The first thing Madison notices on someone is their smile which is how she became interested in orthodontics. Her warm personality, attention to detail, and genuine passion for helping others ensure that every patient’s treatment journey is seamless and personalized.

Perla
Scheduling Coordinator
Perla was born and raised in Colorado. She spent about 5 years in Chicago, but returned to Colorado in 2010. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, hiking and going to the gym. She loves spending time with her family, and camping when given the opportunity. A fun fact about her is that in her lifetime she has been to over 50 concerts and is on a quest to go to as many as she can all over the US and other countries. Perla has been in the ortho field for the last 5 years, and is extremely talented at what she does. She loves being able to see a patient’s smile transformation from beginning to end.

Alejandra
Clinical Assistant
Alejandra was born in California, but came to Colorado and made it her home. She likes road trips, concerts, and spending time with her family. She is married with 3 kids and they are all just as passionate and driven as their mother. She has a new puppy and loves playing outside when the weather is nice. She has a laugh that is contagious and is a shining light in our office. She loves succulents and being crafty in her free time. She makes both her patients and coworkers laugh and smile on a daily basis. She has been in the dental field for 16 years and loves what she does. She has worked in many aspects of the dental field but orthodontics is her favorite!

Clinical Assistant
Irene was born and raised in beautiful, colorful Colorado. She enjoys being outdoors, trying new restaurants, going to concerts, and exploring the world with her family. When she’s home, she loves spending time with her husband, toddler daughter, and their dog, Mia—and caring for her growing collection of plants.
With over nine years of experience in the dental field, Irene began her career in general dentistry, where she spent five years building a strong foundation before discovering her true passion: orthodontics. She loves watching smiles transform and values the lasting relationships she creates with patients. For Irene, nothing is more rewarding than educating patients and helping them achieve healthier, happier smiles.

Clinical Assistant
Jess has been in the dental and orthodontic field for the last 6 years. She is from Ags, Mexico and has been in Colorado since she was 5 years old. She loves the different seasons and enjoys the beautiful nature all around us. She enjoys going shopping and coloring in her free time. Jess loves orthodontics because she gets to help people work towards a beautiful and healthy smile.

Jenna
Patient Coordinator
Jenna brings over five years of experience in orthodontics, having worked as both an assistant and patient coordinator. She loves being part of each patient’s treatment journey and finds it especially rewarding to see confidence grow as smiles transform.
Originally from the Midwest, Jenna has a natural passion for exploring new places, trying different foods, and embracing new experiences. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors, going to concerts, reading, and expressing her creativity through DIY and craft projects. She shares her adventures with her two energetic Australian Shepherds, Nash and Nova, who keep life exciting and full of energy.
