Bre
Orthodontic Technician
Bre has been in the orthodontic and dental field for about 10 months. She is originally from Oregon but she has lived all around the country. Bre is new to Colorado, although it has only been a short time, she loves it so far. Colorado is a perfect state for her, as she loves being outdoors, hiking or adventuring to new places. She has a passion for dancing and has since she was 8 years old, she is currently focusing on country swing dancing. Bre has been part of the Cronin & Czarnik team for just a short time and loves the people she works with and enjoys watching the smile transformation process. The orthodontic field continues to challenge her daily and expand her knowledge in the dental industry and she is excited to grow in her job.

Madison
Treatment Coordinator
Madison is a Colorado native and a die-hard Denver Broncos fan. She was born and raised in Arvada, CO. She loves to ski, listen to country music, and travel. She has been to 20 countries and over 25 states. Her favorite place she has visited so far is Iceland. More than anything she loves her two chihuahuas, Jack and Tubby. The first thing Madison notices on someone is their smile which is how she became an orthodontic assistant. She has worked in the orthodontic field for a year and a half, but has been with Cronin and Czarnik for just a few months. She is excited to continue to grow with the practice.

Alejandra
Clinical Assistant
Alejandra was born in California, but came to Colorado and made it her home. She likes road trips, concerts, and spending time with her family. She is married with 3 kids and they are all just as passionate and driven as their mother. She has a new puppy and loves playing outside when the weather is nice. She has a laugh that is contagious and is a shining light in our office. She loves succulents and being crafty in her free time. She makes both her patients and coworkers laugh and smile on a daily basis. She has been in the dental field for 16 years and loves what she does. She has worked in many aspects of the dental field but orthodontics is her favorite!

Perla
Scheduling Coordinator
Perla was born and raised in Colorado. She spent about 5 years in Chicago, but returned to Colorado in 2010. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, hiking and going to the gym. She loves spending time with her family, and camping when given the opportunity. A fun fact about her is that in her lifetime she has been to over 50 concerts and is on a quest to go to as many as she can all over the US and other countries. Perla has been in the ortho field for the last 5 years, and is extremely talented at what she does. She loves being able to see a patient’s smile transformation from beginning to end.

Jess
Clinical Assistant
Jess has been in the dental and orthodontic field for the last 6 years. She is from Ags, Mexico and has been in Colorado since she was 5 years old. She loves the different seasons and enjoys the beautiful nature all around us. She enjoys going shopping and coloring in her free time. Jess loves orthodontics because she gets to help people work towards a beautiful and healthy smile.

Chessy
Laboratory Technician
Chessy is from this beautiful, colorful state of Colorado. She has many hobbies and interests. Traveling would be at the top of her list! She will seize any opportunity to explore a new place. She loves exploring small towns and enjoying the local flare. She has been enjoying working with people of all ages and seeing the incredible progression of the braces journey. She loves helping people achieve their dream smile.
